Biography
Li Qiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenxi County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1970, graduated from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1979. From 2002 to 2011, he was General Statistician of National Bureau of Statistics. From 2010 to 2015 he was Deputy Director of the National Bureau of Statistics.
